Integral Business Leadership
"Work is love made visible."
–Khalil Gibran, The Prophet
"There are those who see the free market as an enemy. But the market is an invaluable instrument for human development. Every act of commerce is an act of mutual service. Even though it can be motivated by personal interest, the market system channels that selfish energy towards assisting others."
–Fred Kofman, Business-sattva: The Business Bodhisattva
Our World Is Crying Out For The Next Generation Of Leaders
Humanity is facing a number of global challenges that threaten our existence. At root, these are not political, ecological, ideological or economic problems — they are challenges in consciousness. Global hunger is not an issue of too few resources — it is a resource allocation problem — and this in turn is simply a sign that our race has not yet made the shift out of our ego-centric and ethno-centric heritage, in to the world-centric perspective that is our calling and our destiny. We are staring global catastrophe in the face, and while this crisis presents enormous danger, it also presents us with unparalleled opportunity — the opportunity to step in to a new level of global consciousness and loving — for nothing else will suffice. As Einstein said, "a problem can not be solved at the same level at which it was created." The many global crises looming on the horizon are signs of the hand of Spirit, telling us it is time to grow up, to evolve, to step up to the next level of consciousness and global response-ability. Evolution, as the loving and insistent hand of Spirit-in-action, is pushing us forward in to a brave new dawn. Ecological devastation, terrorists with WMD, global resource depletion — these are all symptoms of a single root challenge — humanity has not yet developed the wisdom to match our technological developments. Our consciousness is racing to keep up with the runaway train of exponential technological growth — and this frantic footrace needs all the help it can get.
It needs all the help we can give it.
Are You Ready To Take Your Place Among Them?
Core Coaching trains integral business leaders — servant leaders who realize that in addition to financial success, there is a greater purpose to business — the personal and spiritual growth of its people. For, the most effective way to achieve what we most want, to be both successful and fulfilled, is to develop our authentic power — to lead from our Core.
Our deepest core needs are to grow and to contribute — to evolve and to love. Meeting these needs is what gives our life meaning.
We can dramatically increase our life leverage, our effectiveness at meeting all of our six core needs, by living our lives from the inside out, by leading from our core.
As we do so, our biggest blocks are usually internal, which is why developing our Emotional IQ is so critical to both internal happiness and external accomplishments, to both success and fulfillment.
As Ken Wilber points out, to develop to the next stage of development, we need an integral vision — we need to create integrated maps that allow us to see in to and work through our blind spots.
Our problems do not stem from our being selfish, but from not pursuing this selfishness well enough! As Fred Kofman says, "Selfishness is not evil: it is myopic." When we learn how to better meet our core needs, we grow — not just personally, but spiritually as well — and this feels wonderful! And, in our growth, we naturally yearn to help others grow as well — one integral leader inspires 10, and those inspire 100 more.
Core Coaching is here to help you develop more of your authentic greatness, and to help you learn how to bring out that greatness in others. It is here to empower you to change the world.

What Is Integral?
"Integral means comprehensive, balanced, embracing. When it comes to human beings, integral means maps, models and practices that include the full spectrum of human potentials, often summarized as 'exercising body, mind, and spirit in self, culture, and nature.'"–Ken Wilber, Integral Naked Web Site
